We don’t fast to gain or earn something from God, but to drawer nearer to God. It is an act of putting down our desires and placing God first & praying for his will to come to pass. Fasting creates spiritual discipline that enables us to grow spiritually, grow our prayer life, and glorify God.

What you choose to fast should be a sacrifice and present a challenge, but it’s more important to seek God in prayer and follow what the holy spirit leads you to do.
We live in a world where people face real challenges and hardship. Beyond is our response to the needs of people in our community. At the heart of our Church is a priority to reach beyond the walls and shine the light, hope and love of God to those most in need.
